(1) The head of the state shall appoint the secretary of the state assembly on the recommendation of the speaker of the state assembly (2) There shall be a secretariat for conducting and managing the affairs of the Provincial Assembly. The establishment of such a secretariat and other related provisions shall be in accordance with the provincial law.
(3) Qualifications, work, duties, rights and other conditions of service of the Secretary of the Provincial Assembly shall be in accordance with the Provincial Law.
